Crazy for an essential oil company, except that the vitamins are unlike any other because they are infused with essential oils making the effects that much more potent. doTERRA is a health and wellness company based on research and science so it completely makes sense that their supplements are made to perfection for our body’s needs. Given that this is an unregulated industry, it is important to be able to trust a company who has such a deep commitment to purity and potency.

Sadly, even for those who work hard at eating clean, the way our food is sourced causes a lack of nutritional value without extra supplementation, especially where gut health is concerned. Unfortunately, foods are not necessarily made up of what we think they are, but laced with chemicals and additives so we go through an incredible amount of digestive enzymes sometimes needing to pull from our metabolic enzymes to process the foods we have eaten. Taking a couple of Terrazyme with meals gives the extra support needed so the metabolic enzymes don’t need to be called upon.
