(Sugar free – Gluten Free) Double chocolate espresso
INGREDIENTS
1 cup almond flour – King Arthur
3 tbs softened organic real butter
3 tbs monkfruit – Lakanto organic monkfruit sweetener
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla – Watkins
1 tsp espresso baking powder – Anthony’s
1/4 cup organic cocoa powder
monkfruit chocolate chips – Lakanto
course sea salt
1 egg
directions
Heat oven to 350
Mix all ingredients except sea salt in a bowl
Roll into small ball
Line on stone cookie sheet
Press until flatteded
Sprinkle top with sea salt
Bake for 11 minutes
