An added benefit to using essential oils is it taught me to listen more closely to my body. Since we obviously can’t see what’s going on on the inside, symptoms are our bodies way of sending us messages. They are clues as to what to address. They are not meat to be ignored or brushed off. This doesn’t mean we should go in panic mode every time we feel something new or uncomfortable, it just means, it’s time to take action.
I am especially prone to sinus issues that quickly turn into a firey sore throat, cough, stuffy nose and watery eyes. So when the gunk tries to take a hold and cause me to feel like crap, I turn to these protocols to kick it to the curb.

Protocol: Suggested for doTERRA oils only
Take 1 OnGuard + soft gel 3x a day to fight germs systemically
Add 2-3 drops of Lemon in water (can be added to hot water or tea as well) to boost immune system and induce detox
Put 2-3 drops of Breathe in palm of hands, rub together then cup over mouth and nose (be sure to close eyes) alternate inhales through mouth and nose to clear airways – also apply to chest and bottom of the feet especially before bed
FLOOT Blend (Frankincense Lemon OnGuard Oregano Tea Tree) on Glands, Chest and Bottom of feet several times throughout the day but especially at night before bed to fight germs on a cellular level
Seasonal Antihistamine Blend (Peppermint Lavender Lemon) on cheeks, temples, forehead and under nose as needed to reduce headache and calm itchy watery eyes
